Kyle Conley is the founder of Evergreen Impact Group, a Boston-based consulting firm dedicated to helping nonprofits maximize their impact. With decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, and as a former teacher and school principal, Kyle brings a unique perspective to her work. Her firm’s projects are grounded in core values of equity, curiosity, and joy.
Throughout her career, Kyle has worked with communities and organizations globally, developing strategies that elevate underrepresented voices and align mission-driven efforts with compelling, impactful narratives. Her collaborative approach ensures that all stakeholders are engaged and valued, resulting in clear, resonant messaging for diverse audiences.
In addition to her professional work, Kyle is an active member of her community, serving on her local School Board, mentoring early-career women, and raising two children in Hull, MA.
